Accounting & Payroll Processing Firm looking for a Payroll Specialist/Bookkeeper. Must have an Associate's Degree or equivalent in accounting. Candidate must possess analytical skills. Position will include Payroll Data Entry, Payroll Review and Preparation of quarterly payroll tax returns. Other tasks will include Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable, bank reconciliation and journal entries in various QuickBooks versions, QuickBooks Online and Sage Accounting Software packages. Candidate must possess the ability to work on multiple clients. Position is 30-40 hours per week.
