Job Description
Answer calls, verify customer and where the loan will be transferred too.
fill the customer in on where their loan will be handled moving forward and offer up that transfer once completed.
Deescalate conversations that could become intense- handle pressure well.

* Able to work independently.
* Ability to come onsite 5 days a week. Plusses:
* Bilingual in Spanish and English
* Customer service experience
* Able to learn systems very quickly and ability to apply newly learned knowledge. null
