JOB REQUIREMENTS: \$300 Sign-on Bonus Bonus Program Second and Third Shift positions available. Full-time and Part-time Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout transaction. Sincerely acknowledge and greet customers immediately as they enter, before they reach transaction counter. Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit. Accurately assist customers in a timely manner with cash handling, fuel transactions and Willkomm\'s Plenti Rewards programs while complying with company policies and procedures. Respond to customer questions. Improve engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Keep transaction counter, store, car wash and parking lot clean, well-stocked, organized and safe. Operate Cash Register, manage financial transactions and balance drawer Accountable for all cash, checks, credit card slips, reward points and coupons during assigned shift. Basic Math skills, able to make change quickly and accurately. Assist in displaying of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas. Walk, stoop, bend and stand for long period of time Assist customers in resolving concerns in a cheerful and helpful manner. Communicate effectively with Leader any customer concerns, complaints, product requests, etc. Must be able to work as an integral part of a team, assisting and communicating effectively with co-workers and customers. Ensure access to Sales Associate work area is restricted to unauthorized personnel. Self-motivated and organized Maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior Efficient multi-tasking and time management skills You may be asked by your leader to perform other duties that are not listed above.
