Robert Half Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in Sudbury, Massachusetts
Description We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for our operations based in Sudbury, Massachusetts. The role involves working closely with the Senior Paralegal, handling real estate transactions, and dealing with corporate and compliance matters. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Senior Paralegal to manage commercial transactions
• Review and analyze lease documents and terms
• Handle all aspects of real estate transactions including leases and deeds
• Prepare necessary paperwork for closings, including purchase and sale agreements
• Utilize Aderant software for transactional and compliance tasks
• Contribute to corporate governance activities as required
• Ensure accuracy in all commercial transactions
• Respond to and resolve inquiries related to lease transactions. Requirements • Proficiency in Aderant software
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate
• Ability to prepare and review Lease Documents
• Strong understanding of Lease Terms
• Experience in managing Lease Transactions
• Familiarity with Deeds and their proper execution
• Sound knowledge of Corporate Governance principles and practices
• Experience in handling Commercial Transactions.
