General Purpose of Job** This position is responsible for providing information, assistance, and technical resources to cooperative system teams. The position is responsible for having detailed knowledge on configuring, maintaining, and updating the full suite of iVue products and modules from NISC. The position must have a thorough understanding of how various software applications work and how data is stored to ensure that reporting and analysis are accurate. The position is responsible to ensure that disaster recovery plans for the iVue systems are documented and tested on a regularly defined interval. The position develops procedures and training manuals as required to complete and document job responsibilities. This position must evaluate business systems and their configuration to ensure alignment with organizational requirements, andIdentify process improvement opportunities based on business processes.

Provide first line of technical support for utility data processing systems including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, customer billing, banking, daily sales/cash register, purchase orders, fixed assets/depreciation, human resources/benefits, etc. and interfaces to other systems. Coordinate Vendor support for any hardware or software issues on the iVue systems. Insure software updates and patches are applied on a regular basis coordinating with end users on testing efforts and deployment schedules. Serve as advocate of change for ensuring that newer functionality is explored and utilized as appropriate by business. Desk checking reporting efforts and support of data analysis and business intelligence efforts. Support of Reporting and data analysis efforts. Assist in the creation of data warehouses and data lake environments as subject matter expert on iVue systems and data. Support, maintain and monitor interfaces to iVue System. Manage, update, maintain and audit user security for iVue System.
