Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Sun Valley, California

Description

A company search of an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Sun Valley, California. The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including managing sales order processes and handling customer-related administrative duties. This role allows you to be part of a dynamic team, collaborating with various departments to accomplish daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Sales orders process which includes obtaining customers' purchase orders, digitally entering orders into our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system,and maintaining up-to-date customer account information.

• Ensure top-notch customer service and coordinate with our Operations, Sales, and Shipping departments to guarantee accuracy and timeliness of sales orders and acknowledgments.

• Collaborate with Finance and sales personnel to ensure customer records are accurately maintained in the ERP system.

• Answer incoming calls and make suitable transfers.

• Utilize Management System, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, About Time, Correspondence, C-Suite, Customer Service, Data Entry, SAP, Sage Software, PDF, and Powerpoint Presentation skills to perform tasks efficiently.

• Show a keen interest in learning technical software products, display strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a professional, patient, "people-first" attitude.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint Presentation

• Experience with Management System, About Time, SAP, and Sage Software is preferred

• Proficient in Data Entry and Correspondence

• Knowledge of C-Suite level support is a plus

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Ability to work with PDF files

• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience in coordinating and executing administrative duties

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proactive and able to identify and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
