This role will consist of data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution, and providing statements to various departments. Based in the Sunnyvale, California area, this permanent position is a great opportunity. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills in order to excel at working with both the internal team and external customers.
What you get to do every single day
Assist in office efficiency by carrying out clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.
Be able to create and run custom reports
Other duties as assigned
Deliver instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.
Collect and enter data into spreadsheets and the payroll system
Contact employees via email and phone to obtain timesheet approvals
Retrieve reports as instructed by administering and/or distributing
Requirements - Great attention to detail
Highly organized and self-motivated
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Skillful in learning new processes and systems
Experience with high volume data entry
Prior Payroll software experience preferred
2+ years of previous payroll experience
Comprehensive knowledge of ADP - Payroll
Strong familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration
