How You'll help us connect the world:

We are looking for an experienced QA Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and execution of advanced testing solutions for our Enterprise WiFi and switching products .

If you're passionate about WiFi/networking technology, software testing, and automation, and have a proven track record in large-scale network deployments, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement comprehensive testing strategies for enterprise WiFi products, ensuring quality and reliability across diverse environments.

  • Develop and maintain testing architectures , frameworks, and tools that cover all aspects of WiFi protocols (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be), network configurations, and security (WPA2, WPA3, etc.).

  • Collaborate with development teams to identify testing requirements and create detailed test plans.

  • Lead the development of automated testing solutions using Python scripting and tools like Robot Framework, Selenium, or equivalent.

  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for WiFi networks, working closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues.

  • Mentor and guide QA teams , providing technical leadership in both manual and automated testing.

  • Interface with customers, system engineers, and partners to understand specific vertical solution requirements (IoT, VoWiFi, location services) and design testing environments that ensure high-quality product performance.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continually improving testing methodologies and incorporating the latest WiFi technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on WiFi or network technologies .

  • In-depth understanding of WiFi protocols , network architectures, and security standards.

  • Proficiency in Python scripting and automation, with experience using frameworks like Robot Framework and Selenium.

  • Hands-on experience with large-scale WiFi network deployments (100+ APs, 1000+ devices) and troubleshooting complex network issues.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Proven experience working with customers and partners to ensure testing solutions meet real-world requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

You'll excite us if you have:

  • Certifications in software testing or WiFi technologies (e.g., CWNA, CWNP).

  • Experience with cloud-based WiFi management and AI-related innovations in network management.

  • Knowledge of RRM strategies for optimizing wireless performance and network simulation tools.

This is Hybrid role . Local candidates only.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $160,000.00-$210,000.00.

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
