This position is mobile by design and supports KeyBank's Print/Mail/Transportation vendor relationships as well as customer service support in the ATM and Vault contact centers. Quarterly this position will also support seasonal processing at our Superior, CO Lockbox.

As a Senior Specialist, you will develop industry expertise and detailed product knowledge, and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
Job Functions and Competency Overview:
This role will support multiple functions and processes within Payment and Deposit Operations, but will primarily support Key's Print and Mail servicing with a backup role in Transportation servicing.
Delivering high quality support and great service to our internal/external partners and clients.
Active participation and guidance as it relates to requests received through our Print/Mail work queues and/or Transportation request queues.
Monitor, review and resolve simple to complex Print/Mail/Transportation requests related to internal or external clients.
Provide backup support as necessary to ATM and Vault contact centers, answering calls, troubleshooting ATM/Vault issues.
Assists in identifying and implementing operational improvement concepts that generate measurable benefits across the organization (e.g. revenue, expense, client experience, etc.); further supports larger improvement projects.
Collaborate with leadership to develop enhanced reporting and metrics.
Mine data from primary and secondary sources often using complex joins across multiple datasets
Partner and communicate with stakeholder groups to ensure workload is effectively prioritized, planned, and tracked to completion.
With little to no instruction, administers complex procedures, analysis, tasks and reporting for filing, recording, processing, servicing, recording, and/or organization of documentation associated with a product or process
Reviews and ensures proper documentation or procedures are used for complex activities
Identifies and resolves complex issues that do not have established guidelines. May provide service in relation complex billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints from customers
Uses independence of thought to solve complex problems and should be seen as an expert by others.
Recommends and implements programs to solve complex issues, contributes to work flow or process change and redesign, and forms a strong understanding of the specific product or process
Accountable for complex reporting and analysis requests
Seen as a subject matter expert across the line of business and delivers subject-matter expertise to customers and lower level employees.

1-2 years of experience in an operations environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong organization skills
Ability to manage multiple complex tasks at a time
2-year Associates degree or higher
Technically savvy in relation to Windows systems and software
Experience in Excel with an ability to manage and manipulate large data sets
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $35,300 to $45,300 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
