Brunswick Electric Membership Corp Member Services Supervisor in Supply, North Carolina
Position Purpose:
Perform functions to supervise and coordinate activities that provide assistance and services to customers.
Essential Functions:
- Reviews and interprets call center data and analytics to ensure BEMC provides best-in-class member experience.
- Develop and train member service representatives for immediate success and future career progression.
- Critically evaluates and coaches team members for optimal performance.
- Navigates and resolves escalated member service inquiries and concerns judiciously.
- Leads team effectively and models BEMC values in interactions with members, internal stakeholders and the community.
- Identifies opportunities and executes projects to deliver exceptional member services.
- Coordinate work schedules, work procedures, and assignments.
Other Duties:
- Detect faulty operations or equipment problems and report all unusual conditions to manager.
- Perform other similar or related duties as assigned.
