Reporting to the European Business Development Director, you will build a pipeline of new Critical Infrastructure (OIV) opportunities within your given region and ensure all growth targets are achieved.
You will be expected to support and collaborate across the whole team to develop business and drive project specification within this sector.

As our End User Business Development Manager (Critical Infrastructure) , you’ll support HID’s success by:
Building a pipeline of new OIV opportunities.
Field-based position with 60% of your time spent travelling and visiting customers.
Project managing critical infrastructure accounts within your region.
Having the ability to close opportunities in order to achieve targets.
Developing and executing the Account Strategy for accounts, including account plans.
Introduce the relevant products and solutions to all opportunities.
Supporting consultants and specifiers within the specific sector.
Conducting regular market analysis to determine the customer's needs.
Representing the company at trade shows, customer events and association meetings.
Collaborating across different business areas in HID to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
Maintaining customer details, activities and opportunities using CRM.
Maintaining up to date knowledge of all HID Products and competitive products & solutions.
Preparing and submitting accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided.
Delivering excellent customer service.

Your Experience and Education include:
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
A minimum of 5 years' experience managing key accounts
Experience of working with national infrastructure or public sector organizations
Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets
Experience in a solution selling environment, specifically Saas and/or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work as a self-starter, but also a work effectively as part of a team
Hands on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizing
Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards.
Experience in using Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
Work Requirements
Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employees must possess a valid passport.
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.
