UL, LLC Laboratory Test Engineer in Suzhou, China
Performs tests on polymer materials in order to properly evaluate the properties of the polymer materials. Review and interpret test results and complete test reports. 对高分子材料进行测试，以正确评估高分子材料各项性能。审查和解释测试结果，完成测试报告。
Examine complex customer samples and learn to operate appropriate tests for each case. Communicate with internal/external customers during setup and operation to ensure proper evaluation. 检查复杂的客户样本，并学习为每种样本选择适当的测试方法。在测试期间与内部/外部客户沟通，以确保正确的评估。
Be able to explain specific test standards and product technology. 理解并能够解释具体的测试标准和产品技术。
Assists lab staff with test setups and instrument operation based on test plans and instructions. Trains other lab staff in test procedures and instrument use. 根据测试计划和说明，协助实验室人员进行测试设置和仪器操作。对其他实验室人员进行测试程序或仪器的培训。
Operates and maintains complex test and support instruments appropriately to measure and test customer samples with the necessary help. Be able to perform internal calibration or validation for test equipment. 在必要的帮助下操作和维护复杂的测试和支持仪器，以测量和测试客户样品。可以对测试仪器进行内部校准或验证。

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in science and technology related disciplines. Such as Material Science etc. 本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业。
Familiarity with ISO 17025 and three years of direct experience in materials testing is preferred. 熟悉ISO17025并有三年以上材料检测工作经验优先。
Demonstrated ability to manage people and multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service. 有一定的人员和项目管理能力，能够管理多个项目，同时保持高质量和卓越的客户服务。
Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with Engineering and other Laboratory Personnel to complete projects in a timely manner with high quality. 能够融洽的与工程人员和其他实验室人员合作，及时、高质量地完成项目。
Demonstrated ability to analyze special testing needs. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor more junior laboratory staff. 具备分析特殊测试需求的能力。有能力指导更多的初级实验室人员。
