工作范围 Scope

本岗位工作偏重于“产品效能、过程效能”的“效果、效率、效益”等相关生产活动。 工作范围包含：

 清洁清场

 原料称量

 试剂配料（血球类、尿液类、特定蛋白、生化类以及免疫类产品配料）

 配料区域的协同管理以及配料质量效率改进

主要职责 Principal Responsibilities

 负责上述领域的生产工作，了解生产安全和生产过程控制要求；

 按规定要求操作配料的生产设备、检测设备以及相关设备；

 熟悉与产品相关的文件，按照文件要求进行生产活动；

 生产现场清洁检查、记录检查，如实做好生产记录；

 按照化学原料的特点和安全要求执行操作，正确称量和处理各种高危化学品；

 符合试剂的配料过程和质量指标，维持高比例的一次性通过率；

 确保自己的生产活动符合 FDA、ISO 等法律法规的要求；

 合理安排配料团队的日常工作，完成每月的生产计划；

 协同、配合技术部门完成新产品的转移开发工作；

 协同、配合技术部门完成配料关键设备的校验或确认工作；

 配料耗材的计划管理；

 能够领导进行 DBS 改进项目，推动生产效率、产品质量、安全的不断提高。

 能够起草与生产配料相关 WI 文件

 完成生产主管安排的其他工作。

技能要求 Requirements

 专科，五年以上相关工作经验；本科及以上学历，三年以上相关工作经验；具 有化学、生物、药品等相关专业优先考虑；

 熟悉 GMP 以及洁净车间相关法规要求

 熟练使用 office 办公软件

 有基本的英语英文读写能力。

 良好的沟通和组织协调能力。

 能利用技术经验、和先例分析解决异常问题。
