TEKsystems Customer Support Specialist in Swedesboro, New Jersey

TEKsystems is currently supporting a manufacturing client in NJ for a Customer Support Specialist. This role will be supporting spare part orders and product information to maintain a high quality customer experience. Applicants with a technical aptitude and customer support skills are encouraged to apply.

Description:

  • Supporting customers and suppliers with spare part orders

  • Preparation of spare part quotations and pricing standards

  • Taking spare parts orders from customers

  • Following up on delivery times and order status

  • Invoicing customer

  • Support warranty criteria and process for customer

  • Checking service/trip reports from engineers for requirements

  • Support purchasing and after-sales by executing various administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Customer Support exp.

  • Technical knowledge highly preferred

  • Order processing

  • ERP experience

Additional Details:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday

  • Shift: 8:30am-5pm

  • Contract-to-hire opportunity

  • Fully on-site

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.50
