The Position
Reporting to the Head of Clinical Development & Operations, AUNZ, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Clinical Operations Administrator to come and join our high performing team!
As the Clinical Operations Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Local Head of Clinical Development & Operations (CD&O) and CD&O Team.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Administrative support to the Local Head of CD&O, Clinical Trial Managers and Clinical Trial Associates.
Accurate filing and archiving of documents.
Coordination and booking of travel for CD&O staff, Investigators, and other clinical trial site staff.
Procurement support such as raising purchase orders, processing invoices and budget tracking
Contract management support
Processing clinical trial insurance requests and payments
Organisation of internal and external team meetings and conferences
Support the essential document management process according to Good Documentation Practice and the Trial Master File SOP
Support Clinical Trial vendor and supplies logistics
Participate in the planning, initiation, and reporting activities of clinical trials according to company procedures and international regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 2-years modern administrative support experience
Clinical trial or regulatory affairs experience is desirable
Project management experience is desirable
Proficiency in MS365 tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, with good attention to detail
Continuous improvement mindset and customer-service-oriented.
