IHG Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in Sydney, Australia

What You’ll Do:
Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to achieve excellence
Manage scheduling, inventory, and stock orders
Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-tier service and smooth execution
Drive revenue growth through budgeting, forecasting, and upselling initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, WH&S)
Work closely with Sales & Marketing to boost F&B promotions and guest satisfaction
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of supervisory experience in food & beverage, preferably in hospitality
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Strong budgeting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Passion for customer service and team development
