We have an exciting brand-new role for an Associate Product Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business and support the implementation and continuity of Medtronic’s iPad-based applications within the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region.

A Day in the Life

An exciting opportunity to be an integral member of our highly successful Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business! The Associate Product Specialist for CRM Tablet Management will utilise project management skills to robustly manage multiple tablet management implementations simultaneously. You will be joining a collaborative, professional, dedicated and tightly knit team; this is an opportunity not to be missed!

  • Collaboratively work across multiple teams – CRM Field Team, CRM Remote Service Specialist Team, CRM Marketing Team.

  • CRM Tablet Management

  • Manage tablet leasing and replacement/kitting cycles across ANZ.

  • Hands-on tablet kitting management.

  • Ensure Medtronic quality measures are maintained.

  • Explore/plan/implement sustainable and efficient options for effective ANZ CRM Tablet management.

  • Customer care with tablet management/troubleshooting.

  • Internal team education, communication and alignment

  • Effective tracking and reporting.

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Required to travel up to 25%, valid driver’s license required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with hospital system implementations.

  • Experience in cardiac rhythm device management (e.g. pacemakers, defibrillators, or electronic medical records field)

  • Experience in healthcare industry

  • Highly organised with demonstrated project management or project coordination experience

  • Familiarity with the following technologies, including but not limited to:

  • Apple iOS and tablets

  • Android OS and tablets

  • Basic networking

  • Microsoft Office
