Description
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as the Head of Strategic Account Services. This role will be responsible for overseeing the transition of our Strategic Account Services program from pilot to public launch, managing a high-performing team of Marketplace Consultants and Program Managers as well as overseeing the launch of Premium Selling Partner Support, and implementation of an offshore differentiated issue resolution team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, fostering innovation, working with global Stakeholders and delivering exceptional Seller experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Program Development and Launch:
Lead the strategic transition of the Strategic Account Services program from pilot to full-scale public launch
Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the program across the organization
- Team Leadership and Management:
Directly recruit, manage and mentor a team of Marketplace Consultants, Team Leads and Program Managers reaching to a team of 20 by EOY 2025
Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement
Build and implement Learning & Development programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure consistent service delivery
Launch, develop and indirectly manage an offshore RBS team of 5 HC
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
Define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for the Strategic Account Services division
Set goals and KPIs for the team and program
Regularly review and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Execute the launch of Premium Selling Partner Support
- Seller Relationship Management:
Serve as the senior point of contact for key strategic accounts
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, value-added services to Sellers
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Revenue Growth and Business Development:
Drive revenue growth through the expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of new clients
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create compelling value propositions
Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment
- Financial Management:
PnL Ownership – manage budget and resources effectively
Forecast revenue and expenses accurately, including onshore, offshore HC.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality
- Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to track program performance
Analyze data to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making
Present regular updates to senior leadership on program progress and outcomes

Basic Qualifications
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, such as, Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau, or similar
Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or related fields
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling programs or services
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing senior-level direct reports
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and digital business models
Experience with data analysis and performance metrics
