Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketer who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a data-driven, problem solver, able to multitask, and has a solid understanding of the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

  • Gather and analyse data to inform product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions.

Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor and analyse competitor activities, including product offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies.

  • Provide actionable insights to inform our product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies.

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute robust GTM strategies for new product launches and feature releases.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful execution.

Pricing Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies that reflect market demand, customer value, and competitive positioning.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimise pricing models to maximise revenue and market share.

Positioning and Messaging

  • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates Hapana's products.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing materials and channels.

Website Management

  • Oversee the management and optimization of Hapana's website to ensure it effectively communicates product value propositions and drives conversions.

  • Work with the content and design teams to update website content, improve user experience, and implement SEO best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Product Marketing in B2B, must have worked in a fast paced SaaS company.

  • Familiarity with the fitness or wellness industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pendo).

  • Creative thinker with a passion for technology and innovation.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Analytical mindset with focus on measuring internal and external communications effectiveness and results

This role will be a hybrid role with being in the office 2-3 days a week with the role commencing 5th November.
