The key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Conducts stakeholder analysis and manages efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders incl. different countries/regions, headquarter, customer, partners, suppliers as well as authorities and other interest groups.

  • Communicates cross-organisational with internal contacts on opportunities for further improvements.

  • Assesses contracts in an NCM, EPC or turnkey project and manages an overall project with onshore and offshore part according to the New Collaboration Model

  • Leads project members to act according to the Business Conduct Guidelines

  • Follows existing rules (e.g., tax regulations, arms lengths principle, delegation of employees, guarantees and export control)

  • Sets necessary measures to ensure zero harm policy in environment, health and safety.

  • You are an experienced project manager with at least one complete project life cycle experience ( covering all phases from Design to DLP/ Warranty) of complex and large-scale ( A$ 10 Mil and above) communication Systems and SCADA projects preferably in metro railway environment.

  • You possess excellent communication skills ( Spoken and Written English) and have prior people management experience preferably with diverse multicultural team.

  • You have a strong experience in creating and controlling project schedules using Primavera P6, MS projects etc and can prepare reports for management and customer reporting.

  • You have experience in directly managing Profit and Loss ( P&L) responsibilities of a project/ business.

  • You can identify, manage, and control risks and opportunities during project delivery.

  • We’d love to see your PMP certification, or equivalent education or experience.

  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and cross-organisational experience.

  • Tertiary education in Electrical/ Electronics/ telecommunications engineering discipline.

  • You are familiar with AUNZ/ CENELC standards related to Communications, Radio and SCADA systems.

  • Experience in managing contracts, claims and offer preparation for bids and variation orders etc would be given additional weightage.
