About the role

We are looking for a skilled analyst to join our data & insights team. With data at the heart of everything we do, we are expanding the depth and breadth of actionable information served to the business. This role will focus on supporting our marketing teams and you will play a key role in enabling the marketing teams to make more data informed decisions and drive growth. You'll be an integral part of the team and will help improve digital & data literacy across the business!

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support and insights to our campaign teams to understand how our campaigns have performed and what activities we should stop, start and continue

  • Providing support and insights to our Marketing team to understand how our marketing is impacting performance

  • You'll be the driving force behind our experimentation agenda by analysing how successful the experiments were and you'll work closely with the Product team to suggest new testing opportunities

  • You'll dive into the data to support our personalisation and website optimisation teams create and help us to improve the way we spend our marketing dollars great customer experiences that influence our metrics that matter

About you

You are passionate about data and love analysing the performance of marketing and product, providing recommendations for improvements based on the data you find and assess.

Ideally you will:

  • Be tertiary qualified in a relevant technical or business discipline

  • Have proven experience in an analytical / data capacity supporting marketing & performance teams from within a tech or consumer based organisation

  • Have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and draw actionable insights

  • Have strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

  • Have a keen interest in web analytics and digital marketing trends

  • Be skilled in working with a modern data stack, including the likes of SQL and Tableau or PowerBI

  • Demonstrate expertise across data warehousing, data modelling, statistical analysis and statistical programming tools which will be essential to your success in this role.
