We are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join us and work as part of the team at Chifley Tower, a landmark in the Sydney skyline and situated in the heart of the financial hub.
The Opportunity
Work on premium commercial asset ‘Chifley Tower’ in the heart of Sydney’s CBD for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall
Exposure to a new development, Chifley South Tower
Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of Facilities Management services, tenant liaison and contractor management
Risk management compliance, safety, and sustainability initiatives
Manage operating expenditure and budgeting

About you
Experienced Senior Facilities Manager with minimum 5 years’ experience on premium commercial assets
Technical background with extensive hard services facilities management experience
Significant experience in building services upgrade works
Proactive with Sustainability and Environmental performance management
Sound understanding of legislative requirements around facilities management with exposure to emergency power systems
Experience with transitioning assets from development stage to operational stage including managing the Defects Liability Period (DLP) process.
