Amazon Senior TA Reporting and Business Operations Manager (12 Month FTC) in Sydney, Australia
Description
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our AIGC, Devices & Services and Global Amazon Entertainment (ADG) Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China (APJC) and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) (together known as International) Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a Business Operations Manager. The individual will report to the International TA Senior Manager Recruitment Ops, Recruiting based in Sydney. Business Operation Managers (BizOps) are responsible for managing the rhythm of the business for the TA org and are strategic business partners for TA Directors, Senior Recruitment Managers, Recruitment Managers. This will include supporting operational planning cycles, business reviews, OLR reviews, tracking KPI performance, highlight gaps to goals and holding the team accountable for path to green activities.
This is a 12 Month FTC role.
Key job responsibilities
Own Rhythm of the Business reporting including TA Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews, reviewing data trends to identify any globally material changes and working with TA Recruiting Managers to provide context and commentary
As part of business reporting cycle holding International TA accountable for following through on action plans and achieving goals
Managing and tracking adherence and progress toward achieving TA leadership level initiatives and goals. This is achieved by navigating complex data, processes and regional nuisances to help provide updates to TA Leadership that help course correct.
Coordinate with global BizOps to respond to business review and reporting asks. Liaise with International TA to collate responses for global BizOps and TA

Basic Qualifications
7+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Experience organizing complex projects into achievable tasks and driving on-time completion
Experience building business facing documentation and/or training materials
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
3+ years of experience using Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Quicksight, QlikSense or equivalent tools) to review data and extract insights
Prior experience working in HR/Recruiting
