The Customer Returns (C-returns) & AMS (or Recommerce) team is looking for a Senior Product / Program Manager to own the products' roadmap across C-Returns and After Market Services in Australia and Singapore. The role is highly visible, and it will require someone who is motivated to make a big impact.

You have a proven track record in managing complex products or businesses, with a keen eye for data-driven decision-making. Your ability to bring new ideas to market and influence others is complemented by your strong relationship-building skills. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can deliver results through creative problem-solving. Your entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative nature allow you to work effectively across multiple internal teams and leverage existing resources.


Our team operates out of our fabulous CBD office conveniently located near many transportation.

Key job responsibilities

  • Define the vision and strategy for products, focusing on Customer Returns (C-Returns) and supporting After Market Services (AMS) capabilities, as well as launching new features and writing PRFAQ's and BRDs

  • Optimize existing products and processes based on business priorities and data-driven insights

  • Collaborate with business and tech partners to develop long-term strategies

  • Contribute to business planning and reviews with executive representatives

  • Articulate complex topics to senior leaders to align on approaches and strategies

A day in the life

As a Senior Product / Program Manager, you'll start your day by reviewing key metrics and prioritizing tasks. You might collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features for our returns process, analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, or present progress updates to stakeholders. Your role will involve a balance of strategic planning, hands-on problem-solving, and relationship-building across various teams.

About the team

AU & SG C-Returns & After Market Services’ mission is to reduce unnecessary returns and related concessions by helping customers keep what they bought and by removing defects in our returns processes (Zero Defects for Customers). When items are returned or damaged, we maximize reuse and recovery to achieve Zero Cost of Returns and Zero Product Waste, while safeguarding customer- and selling-partner trust.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
