Syracuse University Business Operation Specialist in Syracuse, New York

The Business Operations Specialist assists in establishing program fees for all programs and helps manage the related communication effectively. Working in conjunction with other Business Office teammates and Syracuse Abroad colleagues, this role serves as a primary point of contact for questions/inquiries related to billing and study abroad financial aid. As the interface between Syracuse Abroad and the university's offices of financial aid and bursar, the position helps coordinate the accurate recording of fees/grants/adjustments on student's bursar accounts. The Business Office Specialist helps manage partner communication related to billing, maintaining up to date partner school information for Syracuse Abroad including managing billing contacts. The role also serves as back up and additional support for accounts payable processing, helps reconcile expenses from Syracuse Abroad teams, and produces reports and analysis as needed.
