We are a growth oriented, quality driven industry leader with an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual looking to contribute to D&W’s ongoing success!D&W is looking for a National Sales Manager for our national sales team. The successful candidate will drive sales of hydraulic components, tank truck loading & unloading equipment, hose and fittings throughout the United States and Canada while developing and implementing sales plans that provide incremental sales growth. Position responsibilities include:•Manage D&W’s major and key accounts related to our Truck & Tank Division•Negotiate sales terms and conditions with customers•Identify new potential customers and market opportunities, attend trade shows•Supervise, train, motivate and evaluate Business Development Representatives•Prepare annual sales budgets•Achieve revenue and gross margin targetsWhat you need to succeed: •Experience managing a high-performance sales team•Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite •Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills •Strong communication and time management skills •Data management & analytical skills •Prior experience with hydraulics, pneumatics or other bulk transfer equipment is a plus•This position requires overnight travel Reports to: Director of SalesJob Type: Full Time Compensation Range: $150,000 - $190,000 per yearBenefits:•Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) •401(k) with a company match•Health, dental & vision insurance•Disability & Life Insurance•Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays at time of hireTo apply for this position please visit our website at www.dwdiesel.com/Careers.
