Production Manager (85-100K)We have an excellent opportunity for a Production Manager in the Syracuse, NY area. Key job duties will include:Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing work activities.Direct oversight and leadership of plant production and facility maintenance personnel.Monitor and increase plant production capacities while ensuring that quality standards and delivery schedules are met.Ensure continuous process improvement and foster a team-oriented, fast-paced, goal-driven environment.Interview and hire new staff, conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions.Experience & Education:Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Supervisory / Production Management experience.Knowledgeable in 5S, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow; able to multi-task.Experience in a job shop production environment preferred.
