Are you experienced in industrial pump manufacturing and electric motor production? Would you like to be part of an agile team, working on unique industrial applications and pump solutions? Join our new team, the Customer Solutions Unit (CSU), where you can support Grundfos sales both regionally and globally.

What is the job about?

Become a part of CSU at our factory in Székesfehérvár, where we assemble pumps. This is an expanding area where you can be a member of a newly formed agile team. CSU is Grundfos' internal support function that offers various technical services to sales companies, OEMs, and other CSUs/operating companies. Our goal is to contribute to further growth by supporting the sales of customized solutions and business development within those solutions. We work closely with colleagues in CSUs at local, regional, and global levels.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison between the market, sales, development, manufacturing, and suppliers.

  • Handle sales inquiries, clarify technical data, update quotations, product documentation, and manufacturing documentation according to Grundfos processes, standards, and practices.

  • Configure product solutions for industrial applications such as washing and cleaning, cooling, water treatment, machine tools, etc. This includes clarifying technical data, specifying pumps and motors, E-solutions, and connections.

  • Create 2D/3D drawings.

  • Prepare product documentation such as datasheets.

  • Develop training materials for CSU.

  • Provide technical support and documentation for our project sales organization.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.

  • Good spoken and written English and good Hungarian language skills.

  • Knowledge of pumps, motors, hydraulic design, and mechanical design.

  • Good communication skills (internal and external)

  • Meeting customer expectations

Location: Székesfehérvár (max. 8 days/month in home office)
