As part of the Apps and Services Monetization team you will be responsible for successfully introducing new digital products and services into different countries.

In this role you will be responsible for end to end planning, tracking progress and risks, and reporting. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Partners, Engineering and other teams in order to coordinate new implementations to meet cross-functional needs and business goals.

We're looking for a driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills with prior experience in project management for mobile services.

Scope of responsibilities

  • Coordination with global teams.

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with 3rd party partners.

  • Support the Business Development team for growth and monetization cycle through

  • 3rd Apps.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks by leading resolution to dependencies or issues

  • Track project progress to meet project deadline, milestones and drive to completion

  • Schedule development and critical path analysis.

  • Ability to concisely present project status to senior management.

  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations by promptly communicating the same.

  • Make recommendations to managers for input into roadmap strategic discussions and continuous improvement projects to drive efficiencies.

  • Use project management tools (like Jira, MS Planner, Smartsheet, MS Project) to collaborate with partners, business, product development managers, UI/UX, and development teams to create detailed project plans.

  • Lead a mindset open to change, in an environment where services and flows are under construction or from scratch.

  • Mentors peers and new hires and may participate in the development of monetization team.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 7-8 years’ experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese languages to lead daily meetings.

  • Strong Leadership skill.

  • Experience within Tech Industry

  • Proven experience within Project Management

  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.

  • Big-picture thinking and vision.

  • Conflict resolution skills.

  • Have the ability to work and engage with colleagues, be a team player.

  • Hybrid Format 3x Office, 2x Home Office. Require face-to-face meetings at Motorola Sao Paulo.

  • Have a flexible and adaptable agenda to different zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of the key business drivers and customer dynamics related to mobile apps and services

  • Have international experience working with different cultures and tech hubs (USA, India, China, Israel etc.)

  • PMP Certification

  • Fluency in Spanish language
