Senior Living Community is seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our sales team as a Community Sales Assistant.
The ideal candidate is looking to develop their skills as a senior living sales professional. This is a full-time position with benefits, offering a competitive compensation package. This is an entry-level position with career advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Community Sales Director in meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.
Assist the Community Sales Director in meeting and exceeding monthly marketing goals.
Conduct tours of the community for prospective residents and their families.
Present the community in a professional and engaging manner.
Build relationships with prospects and their families to understand their needs and wants.
Participate in community outreach events to generate new leads.
Maintain accurate records and reports of all sales activities.
Ensure show-readiness of the community daily.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A hard-working, self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Availability to work occasional evening and weekend events.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to interact appropriately with the age-related needs of individuals/residents served. This includes demonstrating patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as being willing to handle individuals/residents based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.
