We are seeking an experienced and personable Senior Benefits Analyst who will be responsible for administering, processing, and maintaining TrueBlue employee benefits programs. Reporting to the Benefits Manager, this position will act as a liaison between vendors and employees. They will function as a subject matter expert, mentoring team members around them, and continuously work to improve processes for employees enterprise wide. Please note that we are only considering candidates within the West Coast region of the United States or candidates that are comfortable working Pacific Standard Time business hours. Responsibilities/Duties Research, analyze, evaluate, make recommendations, and administer corporate benefits plans and programs to meet the organization's strategy. Determine the impact and create recommendations for new policies or provisions. Lead implementations or major process changes with new vendors. Provide regular updates and analysis to management regarding the state of the benefit plans. Maintain knowledge of government regulations, qualified and non-qualified benefit program trends, and practices among similar organizations, including an understanding of recently enacted regulatory changes. Partner with HR, IT, and benefit vendors to ensure that the required systems, processes, and interfaces are in place and are functioning as intended. Evaluate processes and procedures for continuous process improvement. Serve as a subject matter expert on benefit-related matters, including managing escalated benefits issues from employees, management, and vendors (via phone and email). Provide mentorship to junior members of the Benefits team. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook; Advanced skills in Excel; Familiar with HRIS systems. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Experience with multi-state operations and ability to partner with fast-paced, sales-driven field operations. Customer-focused approach to service, ensuring that employee inquiries and concerns regarding benefits are addressed promptly and with a high level of professionalism and empathy. Demonstrated knowledge of legal requirements impacting benefit practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound judgment at all times. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and respond with the appropriate sense of urgency. Ability to function well independently and in a team environment. Experience/Education Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field 5+ years' experience in a Benefits environment Accounting and/or payroll experience a plus The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $72,000 - $90,000 pe
