Fujitsu HR Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist in Taguig, Philippines

The TA Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent to meet the organization's hiring needs. This role combines strategic sourcing, candidate relationship management, and innovative talent marketing to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, social media, and job boards.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and priorities.

  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage and track candidate information.

Candidate Experience

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.

  • Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.

Innovative Talent Marketing

  • Help create and implement innovative sourcing and talent marketing events and programs, both internally and externally.

  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to develop engaging branding and messaging.

  • Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to network with potential candidates.

  • Leverage social media platforms to build a strong employer brand and attract talent.

Data-Driven Insights

  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure sourcing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Leverage data to inform sourcing strategies and optimize the recruitment process.

HR Operations

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and direct sourcing.

  • Proficiency in utilization of social media and recruitment online platforms.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

  • Knowledge of platform algorithms and best practices for maximizing visibility.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for technology and the ability to understand technical requirements.

  • Creativity and innovation in developing and implementing new sourcing strategies.
