Job Overview
Plan and manage Rapid Microlite project activities
• Work closely with PM / ENG / Procurement team
• Set priorities and direction for multiple assigned projects
• Report on project status, prioritization, potential risks, and post launch analysis
• Hold cross-functional team members accountable for timely execution and completion
• Identify and flag potential risks with product launches; Support issue resolution
• verify product & launch completeness
• Work closely with PM / Sales / Marketing teams to launch products
• Coordinate completion of project requirements / timing / cost / quality
• Execute product life cycle management through TE systems.
• Execute cost down actions for running business.
• Execute footprint optimization decision. (Mid-to-long term)
• Provide thought leadership and execute automation and dashboarding activities. (Mid-to-long term)

What your background should look like:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 45 years’ experience in project management
• Previous managerial experience preferred
• Knowledge in product development processes
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred),PPM software (Jira preferred),Data Analytics / Visualization software (Tableau / PowerBI preferred)
• PMI Certification a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability.
• Proven Proficiency in collaboration with plants (Chinese / English).
• Proven records of driving cost down activities for margin protection.
• TE Internal process experts
