Description

The role is responsible for utilizing internal resources and platform to do card acquisition, including cardmember (CM) conversion to different card products, member get member (MGM) and etc., via digital and sales channels. The Assistant Manager (AM) will follow business strategies to find out business opportunities from internal customers and external prospects to implement the related executions. In addition, the AM will work closely with various cross functional teams in multiple markets to facilitate related digital system build up and manage digital platforms to drive acquisition number, stimulate efficiency and deliver best customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with key internal and external stakeholders to drive premium card acquisition by various channels, especially online platforms.

  • Work with marketing agencies to create effective communication materials and execute acquisition campaigns.

  • Strong data analysis skills for targeting segmentation to drive digital acquisition efficiency.

  • Manage customer digital experience performance metrics focusing on improving user experiences to drive incremental card applications.

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, project status reporting, risk management and issue escalation, ensuring that projects are delivered timely and within scope.

  • Collaborate well with the internal stakeholders such as the call centers, technology, merchant partnership teams, to ensure the superior customer experiences at all customer contact points from end-to-end process aiming the high customer satisfaction.

  • Ensuring compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements while keeping customer experience as top priority.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or Business-related disciplines. Candidates with prior relevant experience, preferably in consumer marketing and advertising, will have an advantage.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising.

  • Analytical, sound business and financial acumen, attention to details and comfortable with centralized work processes.

  • Working knowledge and strong understanding on digital marketing and social media strategies.

  • Self-motivated, with a passion to identify opportunities, propose new concepts to drive innovation and changes in acquisition strategies.

  • Flexible, open-minded, and proactive under ever-changing environment.

  • Ability to work both independently and with a cross-functional business unit.

  • Understanding of American Express card products, service, and benefits and/or understanding of premium products and lifestyle would be an advantage.

  • Strategic thinking, good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent speaking and writing skills in Chinese and English.
