We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager (PM) to lead the membership rewards program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the points redemption process, ensuring customers find our points system valuable while maintaining cost efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a loyalty or rewards program context.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret data.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Creating marketing plans, budgets, and overseeing the execution. Manage end-to-end project delivery, project status reporting, ensuring that projects are delivered timely and within scope.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising.

  • Extensive experience in marketing, particularly within the card industry or luxury brand industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with management and cross teams.

  • Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset, capable of effectively guiding and motivating team.
