The Opportunity

As an Associate Specialist in Auto Learning & Development, you will play a crucial role in fostering the development of our Auto employees by delivering engaging and effective training sessions. You will be responsible for facilitating training of all types, both in-person and virtual, contributing to the ongoing success of our organization. To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate excellent communication skills, collaboration, problem-solving, decision making, and business acumen.

The Work Itself

  • Send training communications.
  • Complete teach backs and/or other required delivery preparation techniques.
  • Complete all required logistical preparation and setup for the learning event.
  • Deliver all training according to content design and in a professional manner.
  • Learn and apply measured learning methodology with guidance and support.

The Skills You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years in customer service or financial services industry
  • Experience in fast paced, matrix organization requiring an ability to operate successfully amidst change and transformation
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft suite
  • Strong organization skills with ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and think creatively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of learning and Auto industry standards and best practices
  • Basic understanding of learning and development principles and training methodologies

Additional Skills

  • Understanding of standard PM methods and tools
  • Understanding of facilitation principles
  • Skill in coordinating logistical tasks associated with planning meetings and learning events
  • Can create basic presentations but may need guidance and/or refinement
  • Conveys ideas clearly and concisely using professional written and verbal communication etiquette
  • Shows ability to adapt facilitation style and growing ability to handle unexpected challenges
