What would be your responsibilities?
Providing daily legal advice to other teams of Wallester.
Representing Wallester in negotiations with partners and clients regarding legal matters.
Drafting agreements, legal opinions and other legal documents.
Performing legal audits regarding partners and clients.
Helping to solve disputes with partners and clients.
Participating in designing legal workflows and implementing legal tech solutions.
What we expect from you?
Master's degree in law (or to be obtained in 2024).
Prior experience from working in financial sector or respective specialisation during studies.
Knowledge about EU regulation regarding payment services, contracts, data protection and AML/CFT.
Professional proficiency in English and Estonian (spoken and written).
