What you’ll do:

The Nordic Zone in Eaton will establish a satellite support center in Tallinn, that will be developed to contribute to the Zone in various areas. It will help Eaton increase our resource base by creating a resource and competence center for the Nordic zone.

As Product Support Representative you will:

  • Support the process documentation and knowledge sharing sessions, tools deployment and contribute to increase the customer satisfaction and the technical knowledge within the team.

  • Provide technical support (hardware and software) related to EATON portfolio for a defined product division via phone/email/webchat

  • Assist customers to resolve hardware & software issues which might involve escalations to L2 and above technical support engineers, R&D and Product Managers

  • Drive customer loyalty through quality of service, improved value and through a high performance culture

  • Support the local sales organization and customers in areas such as technical and commercial assistance, technical guidance, documentation, compliance with standard, comparison with competitors portfolio, product or assortment specific questions.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Studies in electrical or technical field (Vocational school or University level)

  • Background in electrical field and relevant working experience in product or technical support area

  • Experience with SAP

  • Any level of Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) is welcomed, ideally on B1 and upward level.

  • High level of customer support mindset

  • MS Office literacy
