Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Description
As a Production Supervisor, you will utilize your qualifications to perform essential process steps to support continuous operations, ensuring the safe and efficient manufacturing of quality products. You will be responsible for assembling, disassembling, and cleaning equipment used for manufacturing in accordance with GMP procedures. Additionally, you will perform daily reviews of batch documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Responsibilities
Perform process steps to support continuous operations, following Batch Record manufacturing instructions and current labor standards.
Assemble, disassemble, and clean manufacturing equipment as per applicable GMP procedures.
Review batch documentation daily for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all documentation is accurate before submission.
Ensure operators monitor and document critical process parameters during manufacturing.
Independently respond to and resolve process and equipment problems, notifying the manager as needed and working with other departments to resolve issues.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Engineering to ensure manufacturing processes meet quality specifications.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on production procedures to support investigations, CAPAs, projects, new product introductions, and procedure generation or revision.
Monitor production schedules, troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, and coordinate Production resources with other departments to meet production goals.
Train new employees on new positions and processes, and retrain existing employees as necessary.
Assist Section Leader in assigning qualified personnel to meet weekly production schedules, including overtime scheduling as needed.
Ensure personnel compliance with GMP/GDP standards and maintain housekeeping standards during shifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
4+ years experience in a fast-paced, Lean Manufacturing environment required.
Experience in a GMP environment preferred (pharmaceutical manufacturing/biotechnology).
3+ years experience in aseptic environments, sterile filling, or aseptic technique preferred.
3+ years experience with Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) operation highly preferred.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Work Environment
You will work in a sterile cleanroom environment with three shifts available: 1st shift (6 am - 2:30 pm), 2nd shift (2 pm - 10:30 pm), and 3rd shift (10 pm - 6:30 am). The facility is air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable working environment.

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $90000.00
