We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Sales Support professional to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support to our sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.

salary: $18 - $19 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

  • Managing and maintaining sales team schedules and calendars.

  • Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

  • Preparing and processing sales-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and sales reports.

  • Handling correspondence, such as emails, phone calls, and mail.

Sales Support:

  • Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

  • Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems with current information.

  • Tracking sales leads, opportunities, and pipeline progression.

  • Generating sales reports and analytics for management review.

  • Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with sales strategies and campaigns.

Customer Interaction:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing product or service information.

  • Processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
