Athenix Special Missions (ASM) is seeking a General Accounting Associate at its HQs Tampa office.

Position: General Accounting Associate

Position Summary:

Compiles, maintains, reports, and ensures timely and accurate accounting data.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable data entry

  • General Ledger data entry

  • Process Expense Authorizations and Reports

  • Maintains accounting reports, spread sheets and files.

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable posting

  • Payroll reporting for all expense reimbursements

  • Assist with Corporate AMEX account reconciliation

  • Maintains office supplies and performs general office duties

  • Assists Accounting Department and Office Staff as necessary

  • Receive and process office mail and deliveries

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

No supervisory responsibilities.

Experience:

  • Prior experience or education in Accounting required.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
