A Typical Day

The Assistant Vice President Pipeline Accounts will serve as the escalation point to resolve loan level and structural operational challenges and manage high level relationship issues within assigned region(s). As the AVP Pipeline Accounts , you will monitor pipeline status in assigned regions to confirm that loan-level review and follow-up activities are completed.

The Assistant VP Pipeline Accounts will:

  • Develop and maintain communication channels and venues that align with internal and external partners

  • Utilize external/internal levers to quickly resolve issues escalated by the client, sales, or management

  • Coach associates in conducting effective client partnership calls and identify client trends and coaching opportunities

  • Monitor all regional SLA’s and turn times for adherence to established standards

  • Continually identify and remedy any internal and external process inefficiencies

  • Provide transparency and feedback to the team on regional KPI metrics and areas for improvement

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, finance or related field or equivalent work experience

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience

  • Contemporary knowledge of mortgage industry and operational practices

  • Experience managing client relations

  • Software proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and MS Visio

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
