Description We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper for a position located in Tampa, Florida, 33614, United States. This role will involve taking charge of both accounts payable and accounts receivable, some medical billing, as well as data entry tasks. It is a contract position that will require proficiency in using AR Express for billing and MS Excel spreadsheets.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Conducting some medical billing tasks as needed
• Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Utilizing AR Express for billing operations
• Demonstrating proficiency in using MS Excel spreadsheets for various tasks
• Conducting account reconciliation tasks regularly
• Performing bank reconciliations as required
• Conducting bookkeeping duties efficiently
• Performing month end close tasks
• Handling payroll operations in a timely manner
• Using QuickBooks for various accounting tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Competency in performing Bank Reconciliations
• Knowledge of Bookkeeping practices
• Ability to perform accurate Data Entry tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Month End Close procedures
• Familiarity with Payroll processes
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
