Citigroup Client Billing - In Business Risk & Controls, Metrics and Projects Analyst Officer - VP (Hybrid) in Tampa, Florida

Overview:

The In Business Risk & Controls, Metrics and Projects Analyst Officer - VP is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness.

There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.

Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities :

  • Serves as point of contact for Operations staff for Control related activities. Provides guidance in evaluating risks & implementing appropriate controls, including ensuring appropriate remedial actions are in place where deficiencies are identified.

  • Conducts proactive review of Operations related control processes and reporting.

  • Provides Management / Oversight of Corrective Action Plan remediation process. Ensures that the workflows and controls are in place in accordance to the Credit Policy and local regulatory guidelines.

  • Works in partnership with stakeholders including Risk, Business, Legal and Product.

  • Oversees regulatory reporting submissions and ensure controls surrounding report submissions are robust for accurate and timely submissions. Enhance productivity through automations and workflow realignments.

  • Designs/analyzes complex reports to satisfy management requirements.

  • Develop project requirements (business, system, user).

  • Implement Key Process Indicators (KPI) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI).

  • Complete data analysis, variance analysis, data quality reviews.

  • Conduct research to draw conclusions and recommendations for improvement.

  • Support metrics automation initiatives to enhance self-service stakeholder reporting.

  • Identify and implement quality / efficiency improvements (e.g. MTP, MPP, MCA).

  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

  • Responsible for volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of data science projects along with short-term planning resource planning.

Qualifications:

  • 3-10 years of experience.

  • Client Service Focused.

  • Good Analytical skills.

  • Execution focused.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Good influencing skills.

  • Develops partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
