Must have the following to apply:
- Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of four years of experience as a legal administrative assistant with a focus on litigation
- Qualified candidates must be flexible, have organizational and communication skills, be a team player, proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with iManage (or familiarity with a document management system (is a plus)
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on the practice group's business needs is essential
- Candidates should also possess technology skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly

Job Description:
The company is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant for its office.
- Coverage for Legal Administrative Assistants when out of the office
- Coverage for the Receptionist as needed; perform reception job duties
- Supporting assigned attorneys with preparing, revising and proofreading legal documents
- Scheduling and calendaring Court appearances and depositions
- E-filing documents with Federal and State Courts
- Attorney time entry and client billing
- Preparation and submission of new client business intake and conflicts checks
- Schedule attorney travel, appointments and meetings
- Update attorneys' calendars and contact lists
- Assist with LAA overflow work
