The Operations Client Services team is seeking a candidate that is ambitious and enjoys taking on exciting new challenges. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates with cross-functional teams, promotes critical thinking, and is a natural problem solver. The role involves performing complex and critical testing on certain internal processes such as Tax Operations, Contact Center, Unclaimed Property, Commercial Loan Operations, and Transaction Banking. The candidate will be expected to balance production responsibilities and be comfortable driving/executing organizational change strategy to better serve our internal stakeholders and business partners. The Quality Management Analyst position will report directly into the Vice President of Operations Client Services.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all company services and areas of support meet quality standards outlined
Perform routine evaluations on internal work in order to validate processes and controls are being maintained as expected
Facilitate the identification of gaps and report issues as discovered
Utilize basic data collection and evaluation tools and technique
Support building out new quality review processes
Publish daily quality management risk and control reports
Provide quality metrics reporting to various business partners and stakeholders
Follow escalation reporting practices
Assist with replying to inquires that are sent to the quality assurance team mailbox
Continually improve upon the level of customer service, ongoing innovation, and technology enhancements across the organization
Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Additional requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree
1-4 years experience with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Management, Audit, Risk, or Compliance
Complex and critical testing of internal processes in areas such as tax operations, transaction banking, contact center, unclaimed property or commercial loan operations a plus
Fluency in English; fluency in additional languages considered a plus
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced
The typical base range for this role is between $63K and $75K per year depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
