What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS SOF Collection Operations Manager, you will develop, maintain, and update collection plans based on Commander’s priority intelligence requirements and operational objectives. Additionally, you will prepare intelligence assessment metrics of intelligence disciplines to gauge the effectiveness of operations.

More About the Role:

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will:

  • Support the implementation and integration of the command’s debriefing program.

  • Review, evaluate, and report Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) for items of intelligence value.

  • Utilize HOTR and GCOMS to support collection operations.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

  • Current CI Poly or the ability to obtain a CI Poly.

  • Practical experience using HOTR and GCOMS.

  • Completion of a DOD or civilian Intelligence Community-equivalent Collection Managers Course.

  • You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.

  • Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.

  • Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associate's degree and five years of experience, or seven years of work experience. .

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Minimum two years’ experience providing collection support to one or more SOF units or commands.

  • Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.

  • Experience providing direct collection support to operations and deployed SOF elements.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,900 - $148,900
