Kalmar’s Horizontal Transportation division is looking for a Trainee, Electrical engineering to join the project engineering team. In our team we are responsible for electrical design for customer projects and related support for other functions during the projects.
You will help your team to support the customer projects from sales to delivery and give a possibility to deliver the equipment in time and in high quality.
The position is located in Tampere, Finland. The trainee period lasts from May to August, but exact duration can be agreed with some degree of flexibility.

Make updates in documentation according to the feedback received from factory
Electrical design tasks
Project delivery documentation
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for an active person who eagerly takes on new responsibilities and curiously seeks for solutions for given tasks.
Ideally you have:
3-4 years of studies for M.Sc / B.Sc degree in electrics
Hands-on experience in electrical engineering and / or installation work is a benefit
Knowledge of CAD based electrical engineering tools is a benefit
Fluent enough in both written and spoken English to manage daily tasks
Systematic and proactive way of working.
