Eaton Corporation GHRSS Manager in Tanauan City, Philippines

What you’ll do:

This role is responsible to manage the Global HR Shared Services (GHRSS) operations and deliver service level agreements and operational requirements. This role will act as a primary connection between regional/global stakeholders and service delivery teams for alignment on strategic objectives and implementation of key initiatives. This leader will also act as the lead business liaison to discuss performance, quality and new service offerings.

  • Develop and implement the HRS strategy for the Global HRSS team.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the Global HRSS team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting collaboration and innovation.

  • Coach and lead managers of people on HRS best practices and align the Global HRS strategy.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline HR services and enhance efficiency.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their HR services needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR services function, including but not limited to:

  • Workforce Administration

  • Onboarding/Offer Process

  • Customer Contact Center

  • Leave Management

  • Interview Scheduling

  • Other Services

  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of HR services to employees and/or customers, providing a high level of customer service and resolving escalated issues

  • Provide services to customers within the stated timelines in the service level agreements.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels and feedback mechanisms to gather employee feedback and continuously improve HR services

  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to mitigate risks and maintain a compliant HR services function.

  • Represent HR Services to external customers as well as various departments within Eaton.

  • Determine annual budget and how to allocate funds.

  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required; Master's Degree in HR, Business preferred

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a Human Resources or Shared Services Operations leadership position

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR Services operations, including employee data management, talent acquisition, HRIS systems with experience in process improvement and optimization.

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated project management and change management skills.
