Eaton Corporation Process Industrial Engineer (PIE) in Tanauan City, Philippines
What you’ll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary responsibility of the Process Industrial Engineer is to define, document, deploy and optimize manufacturing processes and ensure the most reliable, efficient and productive methods. Continuously improve the process though thorough analysis and instituting corrective & preventive actions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Define and or develop processes and document this process so that manufacturing team have guidance to produce with high quality and in accordance to MESH. Expected documents are PFMEA’s & SOP’s.
• Train manufacturing team to make sure the process is understood.
• Continuously improve the machine and processes by analyzing the processes defects or process waste and institute corrective & preventive actions.
• Support PROLaunch activities.
• Support Industry 4.0 automation and digitalization projects. Develop digitalized systems for efficiency, quality, safety and cost out improvements.
Qualifications:
Hard Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required
• Minimum 3 years experience as Process Engineer in an electronics/electrical environment.
• 3 year PCBA experience is a must
• In-Depth knowledge on problem solving tools
• Preferably with Lean, TPM and Six Sigma Concept know how.
• Preferably with Programming & Digitalization background for system improvements (Knowledge in MES, Visual Basic, etc. software programming.
• Preferably with PCBA equipment and process experience (SMT, AI, Wave Soldering, PCBA Rework).
